Siby’s Classical Panchkarma Courses
3 MONTHS COURSE (300 hours)
Fee without accommodation and food Rs 120000 (1500 USD approx).
Main Syllabus
Every year 1st of April to 30th of June and 1st of August to 30th of October in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. 5th of December to end of February in Kerala at Varkala beach.
4 hours class every day + 1½ hours yoga (optional). 6-8 students in group
1st month
10 days very detailed and deep theory on Ayurveda, elements, tridosha, constitution, disease management by ayurveda, diagnosis by traditional concepts etc.
Next 20 days will be about marma point massage and feet reflexology(pada abhyanga) theory and practice.
2nd month
Panchakarma detailed theory and practices on 21 detoxification therapies (abhyanaga, swedana, nasya, urobasti, shiropichu, shirodhara, kizhi massage, kativasti, oil bath (pizchil), milk bath (kasheer dhara), vamana (therapeutic vomiting), virechana (therapeutic diarrhea), colon basti (therapeutic enema) etc.
3rd month
Ayurvedic pharmacology and 25 herbs study with more than 100 classical medicines of Ayurveda. Yogic massage, massage using feet (chavity), yoga theories and therapeutic usage. Psychological analysis of chakra and chakra healing.
1 MONTH COURSE
Fee without food and accommodation Rs 45000 (560 USD approx).
Main Syllabus
First 5 days on theory of ayurveda. Later marma points massage theory and practice, full body traditional agastya abhayanga theory and practice, feet reflexology (pada abhyanga) theory and practice.
3 hours daily classes + 1½ yoga (optional), Sundays are days off.
Every year 1st of March and every 1st of each month until October the course is resumed in Dharamshala centre only.
Siby’s special course

Main Syllabus
Yoga TTC/ ayurveda science (1 month) [ WITH INTERNATIONAL YOGA ALLIANCE CERTIFICATE] (200 hrs yoga TTC + 100 hrs ayurveda)
Every day 7 hr yoga training, teaching practices, philosophies etc. along with 3 hrs ayurveda class.
Special one year course
One who has completed our 3 months course only then can join this course to specialize one of the eight branches of ayurveda.
One month Panchakarma special course
Fee without food and accommodation Rs 45000 (560 USD approx).
Main Syllabus
Person who has completed any of the ayurveda courses can join this one. In this course all of the panchkarma therapies will be taught.
Pregnancy care course (1 month)
Fee without food and accommodation Rs 45000 (560 USD approx).
Main Syllabus
Special course on pre pregnancy and post pregnancy and baby care.
This is a special course available only on certain periods if sufficient students are enrolled (a group of 4-6 students mandatory).
Short course on tantra awareness and empowerment
Duration of the course is 7 days.
Nutrition course – (15 days)
Diet and nutrition course for balancing dosha-related disorders etc.
Spiritual courses
Chakra diagnosis and healing (7 days).
Yoga for different ailments (5days)
